OneBagChallenge: Evening of Music

875 Wardlaw Ave, Kelowna

On Friday, November 18th, Join ANDREW JUDAH, Swamp Honey, Tiger Moon and Dustin McGifford as they blow the roof off all in support of the OneBagChallenge: Winter Edition.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE? This winter, many folks will be spending the cold days and nights on the streets of our city. We as a community have an incredible opportunity to step up and help. This is a problem with many possible solutions, but an obvious and tangible one is to provide sleeping bags. ***Winter rated, water resistent sleeping bags are preffered. We want to ensure the vulnerable receive winter-ready bedding!

The Challenge began as a group effort from http://www.grouseriver.com/ http://www.metrocommunity.ca/ http://thefilmfactory.ca/ Lauren Hjalmarson of Lion Speak Creative Communications.

COST? There are two wonderful options! 1. Cash donation of $20.00 or more 2. A donated sleeping Bag

Our goal is to fill this house with people so that we can fill some empty sleeping bags with people who really need them to get through the winter.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT? Whether you can make it out or not, please go to http://thefilmfactory.ca/ On that website, you will find a 15% off coupon that you can use at Grouse River to purchase a winter grade, water resistant sleeping bag. If you're unable to make it to this event, you can drop off your sleeping bag at http://thirdspacecoffee.ca/
